I guess everyone has their own tastes. Blanton, etc. Is not bad. I just find it generic and all the gold cupolas on every building to have gone overboard into tasteless/cheesey territory. Architect's design process: Take generic georgian details from the details page of the building you did for X university on the last job, add SMU standard gold cupola detail, print. The Old Parkland stuff has tons of intricate details in the brick work and isn't generic.

if anyone would like to "visit" it, walk up on the SMU blvd side of the bulding, so to the ground level doors on the left (south) side of the stairs, walk in, and "admire".
