I think Tulane is a sure win. They are terrible.

I'm just not sure I see 5 more wins, especially if Davis or Sutton get hurt. I think SMU gets taken down pretty easily by TCU, Houston, Temple, and Memphis and the rest are toss-ups.
Don't agree. I can see 6 more wins with this team. The talent is there, by week 5 this team should be firing on all cylinders.

I'll be the first to buy you a beer when you're right.

at home that's a W I'm counting on for us to get to 4 wins. Have to beat JMU (it will be this year's Montana State game...too close for comfort) and I still see ECU as the key to having a really successful season

Completely agree with this.
Play TCU tough (DON'T get beat 70-7). Just beat JMU and come out of it healthy (I don't care if we win by 1 or by 50).
Then it's all about ECU.

SFA is a horrible team. Don't use it as a measuring stick for TCU. And I think UNT is better than what many ppl think...they can run the ball and play very tough defense.

Because I think HCCM would agree, but mean it in terms of taking nothing for granted, I think we get at least 5 wins. Hopefully six, because I want to see this team earn a bowl.
By the way, I was at Duke's 37-7 win in New Orleans and agree with those who are negative on the Green Wave. After the two ACC losses I think they are giving up on their coach, and his time in Uptown is limited.

Still at 6-6, and agree that ECU is the key game.

Looking at conference play the only two games I think we won't have a realistic chance of winning are Memphis and Houston. Temple may be the best team in the conference but we get them at home so who knows?

Memphis is the last game of the season and if we can stay injury free and continue to improve I believe it's winnable, but who knows.
But unlike last year now I even look at TCU and think "Eh. Stranger things have happened."

If we want to get over 4 wins, then I agree we have to beat ECU. Don't know much about them, but we have beaten them in Ford before with a worse team.

5-7 unless we can steal a game. Gonna need some of these young kids to grow up quick.

Not looking forward to injuries on defense from the grind that is Navy's offense before a must win at Tulane.
