It depends on how you view guys like Mark Few etc. I like Dixon, but lets not pretend he took some doormat to national prominence. Same w/Few. Maintaining status quo is a talent in and of itself, but Dixon isn't a world class recruiter, so this is a more interesting fit. TCU is a doormat and a total makeover, Dixon has never done that, so we'll see.
