According to ESPN.com's Joe Lunardi, the Mustangs would be slotted as a No. 9 seed in the big dance.

We'd be playing Okie State in Greenville, SC. Would play the tripping Grayson Allen's in the 2nd round

Today's update has us as a 9 seed against Virgina Tech and Kansas in round two

Austin paper had us a 7 seed. Cincinnati a 6 and Houston 12. Don't know who does their brackets though. FWIW.

Northwestern has NEVER made the NCAA Tourney, so there'd be a lot of coverage around that game.

That's pretty incredible that Northwesten has never made the tourney. A great school in a major conference in one of the biggest basketball hotbeds in the country.

I'm not emotionally prepared to see SMU vs UCLA in a NCAA game, yet.

NBC Bracketology came out and has us as a 9 seed vs Northwestern in Buffalo. Second round vs Villanova.
