I have written my check smart alec. But RGT promised him that before anyone wrote a check. People should not promise things they can't deliver. That's what RGT did.
My remark was to Red who sees firing Hart as the solution to everything. But if you know the real story you know that some unfortunate circumstances have caused some problems that are beyond the control of those in charge.
And if you want to get into name calling I have about 50 years of experience in coming up with some good ones.

Can anybody blame him for being p!$$ed? he was lied to and that falls on Hart. We all know that conditions change but that should not change what he was promised. RGT never seems to find funding problems to build another fountain or one of his other pet projects.
Fountains are cheap. Get us into a P5 conference with big bucks coming in and funding becomes less of a problem for an IPF.
Attendance will be a problem until we produce something the general football fan is willing to pay to see. Chad should understand that if he really has any knowledge of SMU's last 29 years. TCU is having a down year and their attendance is down some too as a result.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Wrong- firing Hart is not the solution to all problems in the AD but the issues are the responsibility of the 'captain of the ship'.. Kind of lost on your comment about name calling. Yes, I am not a friend of RGT if that is what you are referring to as name calling. Will be thrilled when he is gone and maybe we can get somebody who is more interested in the athletic side of our university.

I have not mentioned Hart unless you are dreaming it up. This is on RGT. He did not have the funds when oil prices or whatever were okay. You don't make promises to get someone here and then can't deliver. That is lying.

Keeping a good coach will be a problem until our fans start showing up for the games.
They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security

He is not talking about you I think he is falsely accusing me but I am not sure at this point.
NO,NO,NO.
Red you have called Hart a puppet since the day he was hired. I would have to search past posts but that has been your mantra. That is fine if you believe that, I just do not.

That was someone else. I think it was Big Al or someone. And he might be right.
