Makes it easy when your opponent sucks

Plus the friars seem to be playing with a lot of emotion led by the kid from LA. If they can sustain that and the crazy three point shooting, then god bless em.

I see no reason to be overly concerned after watching that first half.

I doubt we are since Sterling and Ben are our senior leaders. Providence is smoking hot from 3 right now. Even a guy who shoots 22% from 3 just made one.

Providence marches up well with us. He only undersized position compared to us is their point guard.
They can pretty much play positionless basketball as well. Most guys are 6'7 to 6'9. They have two 6'7 guards as their starters.

You do remember we were a different team with different players running different sets and playing .500 ball then?

Providence is raining threes. Since they have little size inside, I would think we could use our guard length to run them off the three point line and make them uncomfortable.
The halftime color guys are really calling out the USC coach Enfield. Basically, USC isn't ready and act like they've never seen a zone defense.

Halftime adjustments will be very interesting.
USC has serious work to do.

Probably bc it seemed they averaged maybe 3 passes before shooting

Well at least we have one advantage: we don't have to travel tonight tomorrow morning from Ohio to Tulsa after a game that you have to win to play a rested Mustangs team!
