I disagree. Semi is smart. He would hedge his bets either way. Hence declaring. He has to come back if he doesnt go. Thus applying. Doesn't indicate either way.

Where in the world did I say that? I have never commented on whether or not he was leaving. All I said above was that registering in school meant he had not yet decided he was going to leave. I am so confused.
