Guessing the seed the teams 1-8 in that tourney? If so, I would imagine we'll be between 4 and 6 and most likely would draw Purdue, Tenn or NC St in the first game. Win that and get a shot at Nova or Zona.
I doubt the matchups are random as have to think they try to set it up for Nova and Zona to meet in the final.

If I recall correctly, that game was not the DMN Classic. It was a return game at a neutral site. We played them in the Greensboro Coliseum so they didn't want to play us in Moody. I think they didn't want to play in Dallas at all, but we settled on the greatness that was Reunion Arena claiming that we didn't have funds to do something else due to the football issue we were experiencing.
CORRECTION: It was the DMN Classic. They didn't want to play us in Dallas, but agreed to the tourney since it was at Reunion.

I would love see us get a series with Xavier.

And either two or three of this group in Atlantis:

NC St (142)
Northern Iowa (161)
Western Kentucky (225)

Aren't we guaranteed three games in Atlantis?

The AAC looks to be in much better shape for 2017-18. Wichita St, Cincinnati, SMU, Temple, and UConn could all be tourney good.

How is UCONN going to be good again? They were horrible last year and have players leaving like rats from a sinking ship...

Guaranteed 3 games in Atlantis. I really hope in Atlantis we win our first game so we can get a crack at Nova or Zona and so even if we lose we get our 3rd game against Purdue, Tenn, NC State, or the other of Nova/Zona. If we lose our first game our second or third game will be against Northern Iowa or WKU.
This guy averaged like 9 and 4 at a JuCo this year. Memphis will be alot more physical this year adding the JuCo bigs, but they are still gonna have a rough rebuilding season.. No shooters and way less skill.

Yeah, for some reason I thought if you lose the first day you only get one more game but that is not the case. Everyone is guaranteed three.

Boatwright is returning to USC, Starting to think an undefeated home slate is not possible next year.

That game is no doubt a marquee home game - they are top 10 / top 15 good next year with the pieces they have coming back and have added. GREAT opportunity for a huge resume builder for us (not to mention the revenge factor), and this time at Moody. Selfishly hoping that one is on a weekend, and hopefully very late in the non-conference schedule so that McMurray can play...
