Blah blah blah excuses. SMU isn't going to build an IPF, one of the promises they made to Morris. At least UH kept their promise to Herman.

Which is more that Herman did for Houston, huh. Glad to see you are out of loser therapy.

Meanwhile elsewhere in Alabama what happens when you try to go cheap...

Yet-to-be completed South Alabama practice facility collapses

A South Alabama football practice facility still under construction collapsed Saturday in Mobile.

Athletic director Joel Erdmann tweeted a picture of the collapse's aftermath and said that there were no injuries.

"At approximately 2:15 p.m. on Saturday, July 22, the structure of the Jaguar Training Center, a covered athletics practice facility that is under construction on the University of South Alabama campus, fell within the construction limits of the site," a university spokesman said. "No workers were present in that area at the time.

"University Police secured the scene of the event, which is under investigation. No determination has been made at this time about the cause."

do most indoor practice facilities not allow for special teams to practice as far as punts, kickoffs, and field goals?

They come in all sizes with the limiting factors (a) budget and (b) available land. But, full length is becoming standard.
