A player can have upside w/o being a superstar... why does everything have to be so extreme?

And next year's team will be much different than what we see on the court tonight, so the comparison was pretty disingenuous to begin with.

I would challenge you to find the post where anyone said Douglas or Landrum would be AWESOME next year. Plenty of hope that Douglas will become a player for us and that Landrum will contribute (vs declaring them busts based on what we've seen so far this year)

We lost our best two players! One is projected as a first round draft pick in this year’s draft. The other has been projected close to the first round as well. Our team is full of injuries and missing 2 scholarships due to sanctions and has one tabled due to redshirt transfer. How hard is that to understand? Our freshmen are having to play roles no one expected from them this season and Emelogu who is hurt is having to play a bigger role than what he can realistically give us. It’s not easy to watch but it is our current reality.
