Arkansas doesn't use any taxpayer money for athletics. One of 24 self-sustaining athletic departments in the country.

I forget that happens. One of my kids was a student athlete at Rutgers, so it's a foreign concept to me . I still think it's a bad use of money, regardless of the source. The HP house is beautiful and tasteful, IMHO.
