I wish I could say I was happy with DirectvNow. They promised early adopters $35/month for life and decided to upcharge an extra $5 for ΓÇ£additional products addedΓÇ¥. The DVR is still in beta and messes up constlantly. Despite the headaches, it’s still better than cable and that’s how bad cable is.

I looked at YouTube but I don’t like Google based products. I, however, might consider PSVue to switch to just have to be okay with a bigger price for same channels. I can’t wait till we get to a point where we actually pick individual channels.

I’m happy with UVerse. I have the all sports package and get the SEC, Big 10, PAC 10 (or whatever it is) and so on. I left Direct TV after terrible service.

I think they are being generous to SMU.

Not taking anything away from Sonny and the installation of his system and players, but I'd almost forgotten that we really are supposed to be better than this.

PS Vue is well worth it. I have the middle package + sports and it is around $65/mo with tax. Channel selection is excellent and it includes the NFL Redzone as well. After football season I will cancel the sports pack, which is $10/mo.

PS Vue has worked great for me as well.
