I think we’re Pretty damn good but I also think that NTSU, Arky State and TCU are not as good as advertised. We will continue to learn about this 5-0 team tonight.
1-0 every week! (Except next week when we’ll be .500)

To be fair, there were an awful lot of Iowa State fans wearing red and gold. Hard to play under those conditions.

TCU losing at Iowa State was no surprise but getting more than doubled up 49-24 was. Arkansas State lost at Georgia State (the team that beat Tennessee in Knoxville) 52-38. I need to get past any thinking about our strength of schedule and just enjoy the fact that our guys have somehow managed to find a way to be 6-0!

Arkansas State is a ghost of the team we played. They have been devastated by major injuries to several starters including their QB. Image if Buechele went down along with Proche, Xavier, and a corner or two.

The UVA loss is big. Other games that can help us are:
Washington State over 18 Arizona State. Best bet.
Louisville over 19 Wake Forest. It could happen.
Hawaii over 14 Boise State. Not likely, but this would give SMU the G5 crown.
Oregon State over 15 Utah. Doubtful.
Illinois over 16 Michigan. Ok this will never happen.

I think they will get some votes but won't be ranked. Memphis would be out though for sure.

Washington, Minnesota, and Missouri all have winnable games that put them ahead of Temple to get on the board.
