I remember Dad played for Dave Bliss and was a role player for the teams with Dave Piehler, Butch Moore, Jon Koncak & Larry Davis

Would be great to see a big guy or 2, but Ponies are collecting shooters.

Boom! It’s happening! Huge addition to the team. Quite possibly the missing piece to an NCAA tournament team.

If Clark has managed to rehab and can come back strong at the 4, Jank is potentially going to have the strongest roster he's had since that group he inherited from LB and won 30 games with. That is assuming they can just get KD to come back and run the show...

That's the hope. We could be seriously scary good.

6’9ΓÇ¥ and about 250. Looks like he’s been dealing with injury. Not a major force at Loyola. Here’s hoping for a new and productive start for the big guy.

Big man depth. I would say Jank & staff (at least on paper) have built a roster that might be much better than last year's. Hopefully they can get these guys to play together and accept their roles...what did coach Brown always say? Play together, share the basketball, play hard and it would be nice to rebound the ball (or something like that)

Definitely!

After Coach Jankovich was able to get us to the NIT this season, it looks like the better talent should give us a decent chance at making the bigger tournament next season.

Saw on Twitter that Sam Blum is working on a story about Clark for the DMN and Clark states that KD is definitely coming back and that is why he chose SMU.

We will see.
Probaly won't happen...BUT...maybe it will!!

If KD is on board, I’m definitely re-upping the season tickets.

So assuming KD is indeed back, are we allowed to call next season a tourney or bust season (and actually hold the coach to that)?

Here is the tweet that was mentioned:
Sam Blum
@SamBlum3

Working on a story about future SMU forward @TristanClark25 which comes out soon.

One thing he said of interest is that @150__KD recruited him to SMU.

Clark: "Kendric Davis is definitely coming back. That was the big reason I wanted to come. Because I knew how good he was."

And the Tristan Clark article itself if you're into penetrating pay walls:
