This Houston team is bigger, quicker and more talented than our guys but we've been able to create several open looks from three and are actually hitting a strong 7-13 but this game is such a mismatch in the paint that our only chance is for EVERYONE to start raining threes. I was hopeful Bandoumenl and Nutall would contribute but so far it's been the same old K.D. and Marcus show with sparks from Phelps and Todorovic

Houston started out making everything and has stayed even with SMU after that. Unless we flip the script in the first five minutes of the second half this will be blowout city. Maybe Sampson convinced the team they need a resume boosting win because they are the ones playing with the sense of urgency.

We knew Houston would dominate inside. The difference has been their 3-point shooting.
