Really good road win for our guys tonight. Amazing to win by that margin on a night when KD doesn't score double figures. Team had 20 assists on 25 made FGs, hit 14-30 threes and once again made more FTs than ECU attempted. That's the formula for success. ECU wins the rebounding advantage but that's because they had 15 offensive boards because we held them to 37% shooting on their home court. Another terrific defensive performance by our guys.

Great road win! Assume nothing on the road and this one had trap game written all over it. Amazing to be in first place! Beat Temple and keep it going!

Avoided hangover from celebration of win over Houston

Won by double digits on the road — weird/tough place to play

No Tristan Clark (with front court already depleted by Jasey injury)

Marcus Weathers — technically the starting center — limited to 20 minutes because of foul trouble

Davis held to 7 points on 1-of-8 shooting, and clearly not 100 percent after first-half injury

Defense held Jackson — AAC's top 3-point shooter — to 0-of-9 shooting from beyond the arc

Overall, a terrific performance by SMU — which now is in first place in the AAC

Impressive performance especially since ecu beat Memphis here and lost to uc on a last second bucket. After the emotional win against uh this was really nice.

I really feared they would come out flat today.
Great job getting ready for today's game.

Really tough place to play, impressive to gut that win out with Marcus in foul trouble, no Clark, and KD was obviously limited. He limped off again at the end, so I sure hope he is okay for Temple. That is going to be another very tough game.

OK, I'll say it: great job by the coaches. Today could have gone south for any number of reasons, but didn't.

SMU is looking really good now.

Our game is definitely the 3 ball, Any starter, and about 3 deep on the bench is capable of draining the 3. That puts enormous pressure on the defense. That is why SMU is the top scoring team in the conference.

This team could end up being special, just need to take care of business and get a tough road win at Temple on Wednesday.

Take them one at a time, just keep winning.
Probaly won't happen...BUT...maybe it will!!
