Middle of page shows $2.4B. The latest Campus Update (shared internally, quarterly) is at $2.56B.
You’re comparing different points in time. In 2021 they were similar (which is the last reference to SMu). I’m assuming they’d still be similar if we used the same point in time up to early 2022 which is why TCU shows.

Just going with SMU's IR #'s.

SMU has been passed by TCU, then Houston...now here come UNT and Rice pulling into the passing lane.

I understand but the devil is in the details. If you’re saying it’s $500mm higher it would be useful to know that SMU also is based on the same point and time. But it’s a year dated and the benefit of the strong second half of 2021. Otherwise use the same point in time to draw conclusions. My point is that when using similar points in time historically the endowments were similar. I’d be surprised if that has changed but we’ll see once SMU publishes its latest figures that are not a year stale.

SMU’s endowment is higher - have it on good authority. It’s significantly higher on a per student basis which is what matters.

Long time no talk, gostangs! Hope you are well.
In that case, tell IR to update the site. They are a fiduciary.

Nice. So TCU was 20% behind in 1990 now they're ~5% ahead. That doesn't seem like an insane change to me.

PAC-12 beat guy does not throw that out there without hearing it from his sources. Interesting.

If the Pac-12 schools can stay together — they’ve made that pledge to one another, whatever that’s worth these days — Kliavkoff has the authority to move forward with expansion. That could target Boise State, San Diego State or possibly SMU, if the league is looking for a Texas connection.
