As someone who thought this game might be competitive and that SMU would do well to win by 2 scores, I just hope it's that our team is really good and not that UNT really stinks. Clearly SMU has the better athletes on the field tonight

UNT is not terrible but not good imo. But who knows, maybe that UTEP team they handled with relative ease last week was bad bad. It’s a solid win for SMU that was never really in doubt which is good to see. However, the score does not quite reflect what happened. For example, the low snap on goal to go and the interception with goal to go for UNT.
One bright spot I was not expecting was Tulane transfer KD hall. He so showed nice coverage and PBU. That PI call on him was iffy and I thought it was good coverage.

I am not sure that was accurate. We bring in so many subs throughout the game that the players in the 4th quarter were more like 3-4 string. The second team plays a lot.
