UNT is not terrible but not good imo. But who knows, maybe that UTEP team they handled with relative ease last week was bad bad. It’s a solid win for SMU that was never really in doubt which is good to see. However, the score does not quite reflect what happened. For example, the low snap on goal to go and the interception with goal to go for UNT.
One bright spot I was not expecting was Tulane transfer KD hall. He so showed nice coverage and PBU. That PI call on him was iffy and I thought it was good coverage.

Wheaton and McDaniel both look pretty good after rehabbing from injuries

Really sloppy game, but extremely impressive to be as dominant as we were. Excited for rest of year.

I am not sure that was accurate. We bring in so many subs throughout the game that the players in the 4th quarter were more like 3-4 string. The second team plays a lot.
