I thought it was the four P4 champions + the highest ranked G5 Champion + next 7 highest ranked teams regardless of conference that made the CFP? If not, in theory, if BYU slides and Big 12 chaos continues, say it’s Colorado or Iowa State that wins the B12ΓǪare you saying a combo of SMU, Army, and Boise could be in with the auto bids with two of those having a bye with the 3 and 4 seeds? Seems unreal to me that the ACC or Big 12 would have agreed to such a setup?

Nah, I don’t believe that, personally I think we’re ranked where we should be. But if we win out and beat Miami in the ACC Championship game (they will be a CFP top 12 ranked team at the time), we’re an auto bye 3 or 4 depending on what happens with BYU/Big12 in my opinion.

It’s possible yeah.

This is correct. If we go 12-1, we will be 3 or 4 -- no question. But right now, all that matters is beating UVA.

In this week's rankings, Miami #8, Boise #12, SMU #13 and BYU #14. SMU is now ranked ahead of the entire Big 12.

I’m just trying to understand why Miami is ranked so much higher than us. Both with 1 loss with our loss to a higher ranked team and undefeated in conference. SOS is similar.

Coach was just interviewed on ESPN’s CFP Rankings Show. He did very well answering questions about SMU chances. Lots of Compliments and videos of the team in action. Well done Coach! Beat UV this weekend!

UVA, or Yooveeay, if you prefer. Never UV. Neither is Vermont actually (UVM).

Miss Duke fan strikes again! What would the board do without her?

Maybe he's trying to remind everyone to wear sunscreen this weekend?

Weather will be partly sunny. Since kickoff is at noon, the sun will be in the center of the sky to the South. So, the whole stadium will be sunny. So, don't forget the sunscreen.

Don’t try to be clever, friend; it doesn’t suit you.
