Good point but will say that they are 12-6, lost at home to Maryland which I think is unranked and more recent. Whereas our recent loss was to ranked Cincy barely on the road. TCU beat a weak Texas team on the road barely and had a good home win against Iowa state. However, Cincy did beat Iowa state on the road so I'm just confused but voters are voters just have to keep winning to convince them.

Tcu lost to a good SMU team on the road. It's all fine.

I guess just bum because like others have said: it feels like we need to have a rank team to get a full house... ugh

It's funny cause most casual sports fans I run into in Dallas just assume we are ranked because they hear how good we are.
What a change to see them look so puzzled when you tell them SMU basketball isn't ranked top 25. My oh my...

I've never felt that way at all. Had a full house, or near full house for Stanford and TCU when we weren't ranked. I anticipate both games this week will be full, and again we are not ranked.

TCU hasn't beaten anyone with a pulse...
But neither have we...

The nice part is this is basketball. Winning gets you into the dance and then it's up to your play on the court. If it was football you'd need the polls to help you as well as winning to even get a chance. It will all work itself out. Stop worrying about attendance and Just keep on winning.

I went to the TCU game but I felt like it was 80% full but maybe I'm getting mixed up with some of the lesser name games. I just remember 2-3 game I last went to that they had poor showing by students and pretty sparse in the crowds. Nevertheless hopefully things are going to be crowded and noisy. Also for both football and basketball, I hope the culture changes where people don't look at you negatively for being loud.

- #22 Xavier has lost three straight to ranked teams, including vs. #7 Creighton this week, hosts Georgetown this afternoon.
- #19 Florida lost twice this week @ #24 South Carolina and vs. Vandy.
