Even so, I still don't know how Davis in unless Krstich gets hurt.

67 throws with no run game a problem. At least some Davis packages as a change of pace, to generate some rush yards. Also makes the opponent prepare for 2 QB's. Good job by GK though.

Despite a loss and talent shortage, we should be proud of our team today. Any shortcomings on display are secondary to a team that showed grit and effort. I enjoyed seeing the players get excited in the second half. With the world talking them down, they changed opinions about their character, if not their skills. Krstrich, walk-on QB, was impressive. I like the not satisfied part. Time to start winning games though now that preseason is over.

ECU is best team in our conference. We played them pretty hard at their place. I'll go ahead and say we will win a couple of games.

remains to be seen if they are the best in our conference, but today was encouraging

This may be the best indication that we will be competitive in conference play. CK has bothered to smack talk here again.

Attendance 45,029 (capacity 50,000) so I was a little bit off 2,000 from capacity guess but not by much

well, they probably save 10% or 5k seats for the visitors but looks like we brought only 29. Sounds about right. For a school that is of the beaten path, ECU supports their football team pretty well
