For your consideration: so far this season the offense is averaging 5.0 yards per carry (131 rushes/650 yards). Versus ASU the average was 7.3 ypc. We have allowed 5 "sacks" to our opponents 10 to date. We have used our back up running backs at times yet our yards per carry is increasing as the season progresses. No one can argue that we need to win the trenches every week on both sides of the ball to be successful and Tulane is no exception. I just want to make sure we know the stats to date.

No argument here with you either Mr. Poynter. As my opening line said, I do not know how ow lines stack up against Tulane. Hopefully we can dominate as we did in the past 2 games. But if we have some problems, the coaches need to be able to adapt and maximize our abilities.
