BTW I like the barbs and banter of this board.
You are going to really love the barbs on this board if we have another embarrassing losing season. This is by far the most creative cynical bunch in the nation when we are losing big time. None of that laid back southern California stuff with this group.

I'm tired of being creative and cynical. I want to be dull and boring like Stal.

He will be okay if he has no expectations. Then he can be pleasantly surprised if we win, and not too disappointed if we lose.

Have hope, newbie, not expectations....

TCU is also to be hated but not with all your heart and soul

If you want to hate somone else too that is ok.
I think I got it.

My Favorite teams are as follows:
1) USC
2) SMU
3) Whoever is playing against Texas
4) Whoever is playing against TCU
5) Whoever is playing against UCLA
6) Whoever is playing against Notre Dame.

#7) Whoever is playing against Houston.

For me, that's #1. My hatred of them is so strong that I actually rooted for TCU against them in last year's Texas Bowl.

Ole Miss would be a GREAT home and home for the Mustangs

If you flip SC and SMU, you've got my list. Although, I would try to squeeze Texas Tech in there, as their fans are twice as obnoxious as Cal fans.
