Marine Sgt.

Currently serving in the "Commandant's Own" Marine Drum and Bugle Corps in DC. I have 1 1/2 years left, but Im thinking of applying for OCS and going into Marine Aviation.

I envy you, SMUPhil. What instrument? I assume you have played the State Fair the last couple years? My son's (and my) favorite part of the fair.

Yeah I graduated in 06. I was pre-law until I saw the light. This is a fantastic job and is really booming with the highly volatile market we are in. Stock holders are sick of high level execs sitting behind a desk collecting a paycheck.

Just curious, why does it matter that I graduated in 2006?

I'm a euphonium player. As a civilian, I play trombone, but was given a baritone upon arrival in DC and then recently moved to euphonium. Yep, I was at the fair! Good times hanging out at the fairgrounds, always a favorite trip for our unit.
