I asked around and the consensus is this is the best place for a pre-game party. The name is "Mac-Reedos":

Mac Reedo's is very convenient to the Pullman Plaza Hotel and provide shuttle service to the football stadiunm starting at 1:30 PM.

This is a fun place to get a cold drink, hamburger, sandwich and the owner is going to hang a "Welcome SMU Mustangs" sign out in front of the restuarant. Ask for "Connie" when you arrive and she will show you the SMU "reserved" section.
