Leach Files Suit Requesting TRO

If he did what Adam James said he did (and which was apparently confirmed by the trainer) - go into this room or lose your scholarship, then I suspect there is good cause to take some disciplinary action (including suspension and/or firing). In a TRO hearing, he must prove a strong liklihood of success. Tech will show probably signed statements from both James and the Trainer showing that the action occurred. If I'm the Judge, I don't grant the TRO and cite that it is unlikely that Leach would succeed at trial. His reputation cannot be damaged by the suspension because the disclosure of the underlying basis for the suspension is already in the public arena. He already looks like a donkey (with no offense meant to kiki). Remember that this is the same coach who Bennett tried to punch out for trying to run up the score. His asking for a TRO simply confirms his donkiness.
