Forget the Ranger game affecting turnout. I'd be more concerned about fall break and lack of students showing up because they're out of town. Then again, it's an SMU game and SMU students.

Lets be honest.
There could be nothing going on in Dallas and the Hilltop would still be empty.
Sad but true.
I live in Lakewood and have seen most of the home games in the last 8 years. Good or Bad Pony Fans remain one of the worst fan bases in the country.
I wish it would change.

You've lived here for 8 years. We've been terrible for 8 years. What on Earth gives you insight to say, good or bad, we'll always be one of the worst fan bases in the country? We haven't even been winning 365 days yet.
