Not sure what the cost difference is now, but I prefer the Phoenician if the cost isn't prohibitive. The Biltmore is in a more walkable area that is pretty cool with restaurants and shopping. Also a Ritz in the Biltmore area if that's your cup of tea. Biltmore is definitely a good place to stay though.

Someone recommended the Intercontinental montelucia....far better rate then everywhere else....

might have to give it a try....thanks for the help...

Check out Royal Palms Resort just down Camelback from Phoenician. Smaller spot, more secluded feel. T Cooks is their restaurant, one of the best in Phoenix. That Ritz is pretty resonable, and if it's baseball or basketball season, you'll see all the visiting teams hanging out there or at Morton's next door.

Why not do it at Moody. We could get both crowds together and double the attendance at the game.

Actually it starts at 5:30 with the program beginning at 5:45. Guess they plan on having us out of there in time for the game at 7.
