That's correct-that's why simply rounding out the Bowl won't be big enough. The problem with Ford is not enough quality sideline seats. Arkansas, LSU A&M would easily bring 15-20,000 consistently. This DFW not Nashville

For one, it didn't come from "no where" as there have been several threads. Also, if talks with MU just died SMU talks could have just now been kicked up a notch or six. Big 12 schools are crying a river over this...
I am extremely tuned in to conference realignment. If this is true, it is the best kept secret ever!!! I don't know how big 12 schools even know about this because the only activity about this subject is on that kid's twitter account and ponyfans. If it was Yahoo Sports or ESPN, I definitely believe it. But for now this seems crazy!!! Unless this rivals kid is texting Mike Slive, I will stay skeptical.
Pretty sure he is the one that broke the news of Gilbert looking to transfer two weeks ago and that he had preliminary interest in SMU. This was a full week before he was spotted at SMU practice
