Dutch, you guys do a great job. I used the post to
rib a couple of our tarrant county Mustangs who are
baseball freaks. I've already heard from them this morning.
Sadly, they are not too happy about last night. Go Ponies (er, rangers too)!!!

we have faced this on numerous occasions as purveyors of a sports bar (with our ownership consisting of all SMU alumni). and we have bucked trends of business by showing the game we want (smu) over games with higher demand, on a regular basis. We are going to split our TV's between both. And i can almost guaranty you that we are one of, if not the, only bar in town to do so.
oh, and the Texas Rangers have guys like this that like SMU, so we'll return the respect...

I chuckled at the fans screaming and clapping let's go rangers. I bet they heard that in Arlington.
They drank a ton and ate so that made Dutch's partner smile.

in plano we have a dual zone sound system, and will have audio on for both. it works somehow.
we'll have SMU audio on at Lakewood.

"The Boulevard at SMU" facebook page posted something about going to watch the game at Barley House.
I commented saying you should also check out 1st and 10. It was promptly deleted lol.
Someone's got a [deleted] for Barley House, it seems.

and yes, Barley House does pay SMU. they asked us first. we declined b/c we have been showing the games, and we were a place for mustangs to gather long before it was cool. We're like the hipster of sports bars. wait, no. that would barley house. that's a sports bar, right? i'm confused.
just watch the game at 1st & 10. let barley pay for their deal. i''m glad SMU is good enough that there is competition in town for watch parties.

yeah. Cox Alumni Assn will be there hosting a watch party with some complimentary food. anyone is welcome as they are using it to promote the brand. starts at 6:30

Me and a couple friends are there tomorrow night. Looking forward to the burger as always. Need to try these cheese fries you're bumping. If I approve of bacon, chives, and jalapenos all mixed in with melted cheese than we may be onto something, and you may have supplanted Snuffers.
