They want to blame the lei, the uniforms, the coaches, etc., etc. Lets face it our young men didn't execute and played very flat. The coaches didn't throw int or miss wide open recievers, they didn't fumble the ball, miss tackles, miss blocks, get penalties, miss coverage assignments, etc. So at what point and time do we make our young men stand up and become accountable? I'm just as disappointed probably more disappointed in the showing the past two weeks as anyone on this board because my son is part of that showing. Lets suppport our coaches and players!!!!
Read a few more threads, you'll find plenty of people blaming the players.
They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security

I'm not talking about those posters. The guilty ones know who they are.

Its very hard, but try to ignore the manic posters that come out after each loss and call for people's heads (mainly the qb or coaches). I swear with some of these people, the only acceptable result is an undefeated season because after each loss they will complain about anything and everything. Yes, we had 2 bad weeks...sh*t happens and every team lays eggs. Let's move on to the next game, because we are still in position for a great season.

you are right, he has been great bringing us back from the dead. back to back bowl games, with a 3rd coming this season. Next season will be the first year with all JJ players (although I argue that the class put together a few weeks before he was hired shouldn't really count), recruiting is trending upward and we are heading to an AQ conference....things are just getting started, JJ has brought us back from the dead-and then some...and we will continue to rise with JJ here.

Is it? Leach
Overall 84–43
JJ
97–66 (college) 22–36 (NFL
And if Jones had stayed at Hawaii, he easily would have a better overall record than Leach. But no, he chose to leave there and come to our horrible program and turn it around. Mark it - if Leach becomes the head coach of our team, and I doubt he will, I'm giving up my season tickets. He's an idiot and continues to ruin his chances of getting a decent head coaching job again with his law suit. What school would want to hire that freaking disaster? The only schools I can think of are ones who are as bad or worse than we were 4 years ago when JJ took over.
