Keep trying, eventually you'll stop putting your foot in your mouth. Oh and for the record, Rice has a higher crime rate than UH.

It's funny that I and most of the 32,000+ other people who go to UH have never had a problem on campus or in 3rd ward or at The Rob. Hell, me and my friends walk down the street to get food at night sometimes, I also recall University Park having their fair share of mugging around campus while you're trying to throw stereotypes and heavily implied racism at UH. You strike me as the type who would immediately lock their car doors as soon as you see minorities.

Edit- It's all right though, I know not all SMU folks are ignorant like you. I've met some really good people from here and one of my old HS teammates plays for the Mustangs.

You keep trying as well, maybe someday you'll make it out of your ghetto end up in a legitimate line of work.

It sucks that the Houston game is on a Thursday, but at least I know I can go after my seminar.

Aww, I didn't know it was on a Thursday. I got class that evening. I'll have to catch it on tv.

I'm sure truancy isn't outside of the norm at UH. Or most colleges for that matter.

Yeah, but I want to save my absences in case I get sick or something.

Your sig is comical. For someone with 8,000 posts, you sure don't know this site very well. If you did, you'd know about the decent sized population of non-SMU people that post here.

That's ironic, because you're position is pretty comical - i.e., a guy with 15 posts stating what is protocol to someone that has been here for a long time and is actually a fan of SMU athletics.

Not trying to stir the pot, so excuse my two cents … I have no agenda against UH. But, FYI for the UH folks … I know for a fact the Case K was robed at gun point on campus one night his first year there. I know the family very well. I’m sure that changed from give me your money, to can I have your autograph.

That sounds like a bold faced lie. Try trolling better than that.

I can't wait til we spank Smoo again as part of our yearly tradition.

That's funny. Business Week has TCU's at 28 and SMU at 30 in that nation. So, what's your logic?

Shut up. SMU has a law school. It makes their undergrads smarter than you. If you don't stop, one of their frat boys will rape you, but only if you're a dude.

SMU is not the finest university in the world, but historically at least it has one of the best business schools in the land. But where SMU really stands apart from TCU as an institution is the Meadows School of the Arts. And it has a law school and a theology school that is well respected.

You can't really blame the cougar fans for talking smack right now. Given that their season so far makes ours look like spring break in Panama, this is their last chance to run at the mouth for a while.

My dad played football and ran track for UH and said that he wouldn't even go off campus after 9. If it weren't for their track and field program he said that he would have left in a heart beat. He also played against ED and CJ and said they were men amongst boys! Back to the argument, I'd feel a lot better about my kids attending SMU rather than UH.

Coog fan, quick question:

Which choke do you think is the most fierce?

1) Getting choked out by some thug walking around the one of the worst looking neighborhoods in Texas

2) The choke-job the Cougs put on in the conference championship last year with a BCS bowl on the line

3) Gary Patterson's media choke afterTCU's homefield spanking last year

All are viable options and I tried to keep the number count low so you could keep up.
