I just have to wait it out I think. When couagar king gets his associate's degree in six years he will find out how hard it is to get a job with a High School equivalent degree.
Academic smack is the lowest form of smack talk. Everybody knows that plus it's an excuse used by schools with mediocre athletics. (i.e. Rice and SMU before they lowered the standards for student-athletes)

If your argument about academic smack talk had any weight then I could give it some consideration...
Nope. No credit given. Yes cougar high has generally been better at sports but your college team doesn't pay your mortgage. Life is great at schools with crap academic value but when you get out 6 years and 72 credit hours later what's going to put bread on the table? Better hope McDonald's is hiring. FACT: Every job interview I've had has resulted in a full time offer.

Very very quickly out of school degree means little. The real value in attending a school like SMU is networking - making connections with the rich kids who walk in to the #2 office at daddy's company right after graduation. I wish I had understood that when I was actually in school.

So 10,000 post from now you'll get mad and start your own board?
I don't get it. Sounds like I missed something
The highest poster on this board is a founding member of the other sanctuary whose namesake is dedicated to the mother of all threads (that was deleted)
Hate effing politics...don't trust politicians and it's all a waste of time.
BTW, you want to waste your vote???, then keep voting for scumbags(Democrat=Republican) you've been voting for.
Oops, sorry I'm talkin politics...Shi-ite, I hate it when I do that!!

Only when your school is known for the lowest form of academics. SMU has scoreboard and academics on you, so why do you continue the argument?
