agreed!

At issue is the fact that the admin is aware of this and just turns their heads so they can ignore the problem.

redpony wrote:Real simple- you send RGT a message by not buying season tickets and giving money to the MC. Money and donations are the ony thing that clown understands.
Are you going to punish Larry Brown and the basketball team because football is not carrying its weight? Write letters to Hart, but don't stop sending contributions.

The future of the Basketball team turns on SMU remaining national competitive in Football and attracrtive in case of any expansion. In Dallas, Texas, there is no viable independent option or realistic "Basketball-only conferences" that would keep SMU competitive. When I see the Basketball only crowd comments I know they haven't thought things through

Well, looks like I will not be renewing 4 football tickets and don't even bother calling me for a MC donation....

When the AD grows a pair and gets serious about football I'll return, Until then, bring on some basketball!!!

Not exactly true- i.e. IIRC in RGT transcript he indicated that he had 70-90+_ in unspecified funds that he could use for whatever he wanted. 2 mil of that would be a small amount to buy out jj's agmt. and move this program forward.

yeah that ain't going to happen. Somebody is going to have to write a check. This school gets 15,000 of its fans to games. It is revenue poor and the only reason we are still breathing is because we got some rich alumni floating the boat for about 150 million. Then we got guys like you that threaten to pull even more support about 10 times every day. We got it the first 200 times you said it this month
