When you hire someone and find out that they do not want to be here afterwards it makes for bad a relationship usually.

My only interest is in weighing arguments and arriving at the truth, not in scoring points. I can understand how that might be confusing to a member of the legal profession.
So, again, I was told that JJ is using us. I asked politely to be reminded exactly
how he is using us.

I think every employee uses his employer to get money. The question is whether or not the employee is doing a fair share to earn what he receives. Many believe Jones is not doing his fair share.

The question to ask is "if June could be fired at will, with no buyout, would he still be employed?"
