He looked like a good floor general to me. I think he will do well at Kentucky.

What I loved about him is he could get into the paint with ease. Next year he'll be able to do that and open up outside looks for Nic and Frasier as well as get the ball to our bigs if the person they are guarding has to switch off and help on EM.
He's going to have a Derrick Rose at Memphis type impact on our team next year.

I did not watch him, and I know he is great offensively. Can he play defense? Brown kind if likes that.

No one plays defense in the game yesterday, but the supposed word out of the practices was he was getting after people and guarding them. He's going to bother a lot of opposing PG's with his length and quickness next year.

Yeah, you are right. I watched about 5 minutes and Mudiay was on the bench. But there was no defense at all from anyone.

No, you're not. Scared the crud out of me the way he went down and the look on his face just after he did.

Mudiay deflected a number of passes and I think he had a steal or two.

Kind of a lazy defender the two times I've seen him live, but that's mainly cause he gets away with it at such ease. He doesn't really have to try to shut an opposing HS PG down if that makes sense? He will gamble and stuff, I expect that will change quickly. If you're asking if he's capable of defending at a high level....there's no doubt he can. He's quick as [deleted] and moves well. He's big so he's tough to throw over and around in comparison to other PGs even at the collegiate and pro levels.

Great find. How unbelievable is it that fans of an elite bball program like UConn are talking about us this way? Still so hard for me to believe.

Concerned me too. It was almost like the world stopped for a few seconds that seemed like hours.

I was livid. Last night, my wife and I were at a restaurant eating sushi at the bar. She got embarrassed about how loud I got when he was fouled that hard. Course, she gets embarrassed a lot when I get into a game
