You know, perspective can be a very nice thing.
Think about it this way: There was a time in a lot of our lives when the US team wasn't even a relative lock to make it to the World Cup. In a relatively short period of time, we've gotten to the point where getting put out of the round of 16 is a bit disappointing.
We're getting there. It's just going to take time. I still don't think we'll win the World Cup in my lifetime but I bet we make the semis within the next 4 cycles.

Khoom-By-Ya.......I'm positive that in my lifetime I'll see JJ as head coach at Alabama, and Soccer Team USA beating Ghana in the FIFA WC finals. Give me some more FIFA kool-Aid.
