Well, the article says he got there halfway through practice, so it sounds like he was not there for the start of practice.

You may need NBA success stories to grab lottery type kids, but you don't need lottery kids to be a final 4 threat. You need roughly 3 kids that can play in the league w/the right team/coach/system, not even league stars. You can get those kids in the 30-130 range every year. Just do that
