I can't wait for Brewer to get to SMU. He went 25 of 33 for 400 yards before getting injured.

According to Austin paper, Brewer took a helmet to helmet hit that took him out. Hopefully not concussive. If not, he should be back quickly.

He's being recruited as an Athlete kind of like Collin Rock-but Page puts up MUCH MUCH bigger rushing totals-over 2,000 last year.
BTW according to DMN Texas still produces the most FBS recruits as any state in the US and I believe Texas produced the most NFL Draftees last year too

Justin Guy-Robinson's Pearland team had a real shot at a 6A Championship behind an A&M QB commit but they've now had their 3rd string QB get hurt. Losing to powerhouse Manvel 10-0. Maybe Guy-Robinson can play a little QB-maybe he shouldn't

Charlie Brewer 5 for 6 for 83 yards 2 TDs plus 3 carries for 40 yards
They haven't had to pass much because Arkansas RB commit Maleek Barley had back-to-back 70 yard runs
