Re: KF at UNT
Nice poster of Candy above.
In the Sixties, Dallas had some interesting entertainment.
Besides Candy, other headliners were Chris Colt and her 45's, Patti Pleasure, Chastity Fox. Equally talented but not headline stars were Velvet Beavers and Magnolia Thunderthighs.
The latter two hung around the Whiskey River on Greenville Avenue where I was a bartender in Seventies while in graduate school in EE. SMU had a kick butt basketball team and great football coach by the name of Hayden Fry in those days.
Ah what could have been.

Big props to IPP for keeping this thread alive with an insightful point. Well done. Much better than talking about our current team.

Good memory on Bubbles.
An old FBI friend of mine said one of the entertainers above was investigated for her dalliance with a well known Dallasite. Nothing ever came of it.
He also said, although he wasn't part of the case, the JFK investigation was weirder than a wooden watch. No agent ever talked, and none considered the case closed.
What an end to SB 51. Hard to believe I have watched every one.
Have we finished the KF saga yet. I like stories with a good ending.
