I'm curious to see if anybody rolls over - anybody work for Nike or get into a bidding war for a player? Anybody looking for a way to strike a deal and have knowledge of other goings on in this arena? This is how the FBI and law enforcement bring down organized crime. I want to see if the flood gates open and we see an avalanche of players, parents, coaches, and administrators from multiple sports and companies come forward and turn each other in.
This may be the biggest chance at cleaning up college athletics in history.
Apparently Nike has been subpoenaed:

New theory advanced today on talk radio:
NCAA actually solicited the Feds in 2015 to help them clean up the swamp.
Actually makes sense.

Maybe right. I heard just the opposite. NCAA caught totally off guard and does not know where to start now.

USC has always been larger, but the gap has widened considerably.

We know Larry Brown wouldn't have done anything like this. Not Larry.

The layers to this FBI story are endless. Suspensions? Ineligible players? Postseason bans? Expect dominoes to fall for weeks and months.

Hardly wait when all the handlers, AAU coaches and assistants, plus Uncle Harry, Dad, and the atletes themselves get that invitation to produce their records from our best friends at the IRS!

First court appearances:
Book Richardson ain't fooling around. His attorney is former Obama strategist and frequent TV "opinionator" David Axelrod.

Feds turning up heat on Oklahoma St with broad Subpoena seeking documents related to all possible NCAA violations-NOT just related to Adidas connection. As discussed in article they are running a federal NCAA investigation with subpoena power. This means that covering up could have criminal repercussions not just NCAA sanctions
The Subpoena seeks ΓÇ£any and all documents and communications regarding actual or potential NCAA rules violations relating to the receipt of money, travel, in-kind benefits, or services by players and coaches.ΓÇ¥
How many coaches, administrators, Presidents, ADs willing to go to jail for dear ole Okie St.-another unique angle that came to me they could refuse to testify by pleading the 5th Amendment and then be hit by NCAA for failing to cooperate in NCAA investigation since they are not subject to criminal sanctions in responding to NCAA investigation. Possible whip-saw effect where persons pleading the 5th may be fired or get "show Cause" suspension by NCAA

Wow, this just keeps getting down and dirtier as it goes. College basketball is spinning right now. When and where will it stop?
