couldnt compete outside of having the career record for 300 yard games? All of this ΓÇ£hicks canΓÇÖt playΓÇ¥ bull I is getting old. Yeah, he was streaky and inconsistent, but I seriously have to question anything and everything you say when you make a statement about a guy who passed for almost 10,000 career yards in 3 seasons not being able to compete at the conference level he was playing at.

while our running game ended the year with a series of games with 30, 50 and about 70 yards rushing which was also obviously Ben Hicks' fault

If Hicks has good blocking and future NFL type of receivers making circus catches for him, then he is adequate.

At least Gilbert was not afraid to run with the ball and score TDs unlike Hicks who would fall down by himself
