You do realize Arkie State is rated higher than us, favored to win and has gone to 5 or 6 straight bowl games while playing a more competitive OOC schedule than we do. Why would you question home and homes with them?

because we don't have enough of a fan base to pay teams enough to play us without a home/home deal. Can only make those deals with FCS programs

Probably because we had Eric Dickerson in the backfield 40 years ago and were better than Arky State back then....do you not realize many SMU fans live in a fantasy land and arrogantly cling to the glory of decades ago? We've had what...5 winning seasons in the last 32 years? They may cling to "we're in a better conference"...blah blah what a victory that is!
