What was the formula? A perfect storm: A committed money man. Beautifully redone Moody, making our place one of the best in the business. A new practice facility in Crum, new locker rooms. A new and exciting conference affiliation with traditional basketball schools. A Dallas fanbase who loves a winner. And I mean LOVES a winner. And one of the top basketball coaches in history came to be OUR coach.

The reseat was a screw up. Big time.

Moody's still there. Crum is still there. Money man is still there.

Conference has watered a bit, but still basically solid.

Dallas is still there, waiting.

Coach. We have Jankovich, a good, solid guy. He'll never be Larry Brown.

Let me ask you this: Is there anyone in college basketball, college or pro, who you'd rather have had than LB? I think he's irreplaceable. I'd have to go back in history to find a guy of his stature.

How do we go forward? Try to replicate as much of the above as is possible. Fix the season tickets problem. Find the best coach you can and give him tools. I don't think that's Jank, but let's see how the season plays out.
