FINAL: SMU 96, Tarleton State 62

Team looked really good last night, and I was surprised at the attendance. I thought there would be a little more excitement for the start of a new era in SMU basketball, but it was good to see students attending again. Tarleton won 25 games last year, and that was a nice opening win. Last year’s team would not have won by 34.
