That SMU is below .500 (12/25) from the FT line and only trails 72-70 is astounding

A little bit of Moody Magic on display tonight! On a night when our guys shot FTs as poorly as I've ever witnessed (probably gave away as many as 10 points tonight with poor shooting and missing so many front ends of one and ones) they somehow find a way to pull it out in the end. Six Mustangs in double figures and kudos to Keon Ambrose-Hylton who really stepped up and came through in the clutch making his Senior night one to remember. It's March and that means it's survive and advance time and this team's thin hopes remain alive!

What a big win. Syracuse came to play. How clutch was the last 2 minutes? Now if we could hit just 60% of free throws, it's not close game I had flash backs to Phi Slama Jama days. All dunks and no free throws.
So glad to see Miller back

We finally got the chance to show a little Moody Magic in the final minutes! The missed free throws all game almost cost the game, but they stepped up in the final minutes and refused to lose. On to Florida State!

Interesting stat is that both teams had 6 players in double figures.
