I guess I should know better. My first SMU football memory? Staying up late watching the team play whose school had the same name as my church as an 11 year old. Playing in some game called the Holiday Bowl. Against some team with a Y on its helmet. I went to bed when my parents told me. Didn't find out that SMU didn't win until three or four days later.
BR, what happened to Matt Flynn? Did he get hurt? Or did they just go with Perriloux after the first two passes by Flynn?
Perrilloux started the game since Flynn injured his ankle last week against V-Tech. Not serious, and he could've played but Miles decided not to risk it against Middle-Tennessee. I left the LSU game at halftime to come and check in on this cr@p?
