I have only been there once and it was in 1991

was at one in Albuquerque after my grandparent's 50th wedding anniversary. Probably '92 or so.

I think I also went to one in Tyler around 1999.

When I was little and Los Vaqueros was still in HPVillage where MiCo is now someone had written on the wall in the bathroom to "please not use too much toilet paper as it flushed directly to the Ponchos kitchen".

That had a profound enough effect that I decided then and there to never go to ponchos.

I used to eat at one on the last day of finals each year in high school. Those were the best six years of my life.....
