Hi, I am Adam McGill and I am an editor for D Magazine, which can be found on every coffee table in Highland Park (even though nobody reads it), but I am worried about SMU appearing elitist. I am wearing a corduroy coat and hipster Lisa Loeb/Buddy Holly glasses! Love me!!

Dillhole McGill needs to get a sense of humor.

In the course of trying not to look or act elitist, he sure got the homo/[deleted] look down cold.

Adam McGill is executive editor of DallasCEO magazine and a contributing editor at D Magazine. He is a Dallas native and a graduate of St. Mark’s and SMU. He has worked at The Met and Travelocity Magazine, neither of which is in existence anymore, but that’s not his fault, he swears. He has written for D about celebrities, city planning, and mascots. Adam has in his cubicle a collection of plastic farm animals and an autographed picture of Angie Harmon.

Is this the same Adam MgGill who I recall as the laughing stock of frosh year when he selected to place a photo of himself trying to look like "Ice Man" from Top Gun wearing the shades and holding the volleyball in the Who's New at SMU 1991?

I don't get it. Why does D Magazine hate all things SMU?

Maybe they should just change the name to FW.

Pretty cool. Just pulled up the ESPN scoreboard to check in on the Tulsa/LA-Mon game, and it is the vertical ad to the right. This year it's all coming together (jt, hold off on the "that's what she said" retort).

Okay it's been almost 24 hours since this thing hit the web, and I have had sufficient time to think it over, and I have decided to form a new religion which worships the Knuckleheads as the deities they clearly are.

Is it not ironic that the guy with faux Buddy Holly glasses and a "don't I now look like an intellectual" coudory jacket seems soooo very concerned about SMU appearing elitist.

Also anybody who is not kidding and says his wife is hot - really hot, I can guarantee you she is not, really not. Plus look at the guy - what are the odds of that???
